My current role as a pool assistant teacher has allowed me to exercise my leadership, coordination, and

direction needed for academic success. Supervise 16 students outside of the classroom including activity in

hallways and cafeteria to maintain safety and accountability. Organize, schedule, and e-mail Individualized

Educational Plan information to 10 full-time teachers. Collect and document attendance and daily notes to

develop a daily activity and behavior

Working with GCA as an administrative assistant allowed me to hone my administrative, time-management

and organization skills. I scheduled and coordinated meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for

3 supervisors and managers. Trained 2 administrative assistants and 1 manager throughout a company

expansion. One of my achievement in this role is that I decreased contracted labor expenses, through

the development of new filing and organizational practices, to save the company $3,000 annually. I also

completed confidential documentation processes for hiring and firing staff, to ensure compliance with all legal

employment records, state, and federal privacy regulations and conducted employee orientation training for

more than 15 new employees. Oversaw office supply inventory through purchasing, maintaining counts and

following budgeting policies to maintain inventory costs below $250 monthly. This will be useful in ensuring

appraisals are far and objective, and proper and accurate property acquisitions.

I have shown innovation and creativity in a previous role, as an assistant manager for South-East Bible &

Health Foods, by aiding in the creation of an organizational system that ensured inventory control, schedule

synchronization and accurate financial reporting. This excessively increased overall operational efficiency. I

verified inventory by ensuring the levels remained under the tolerance levels monthly and ensured compliance

with the given budget. My achievements include, achieving recognition from the upper hierarchy for being

one of the leading players in spearheading the company towards its vision. Increased sales in 2010 by up

to 15%, awarded the employee of the year award 2010 and increased production efficiency by introducing

new and state of the art equipment. I believe given the chance, I can utilize my skills to do the same for your

organization to ensure office cash is maintained accurately and save on resources.

My previous roles have allowed me to gain an eye for detail and compliance in relation to internal or external

industry standards. This has improved both my leadership and project management skills. I will utilize the skills

gained from my prior experiences to ensure that all the branch actions are in line with the state and federal

regulations and ensure company policies are adhered to by constantly retraining employees. I will delegate

roles accordingly but also have a hands-on leadership approach to ensure a proper balance.

This position is great as it aligns with my personal goals. It will allow me to grow my interpersonal skills and

market research skills as I will be constantly interacting with various stakeholders. I will be able to collaborate

with team members to achieve better results and ensuring the company values of attitude, judgment and

commitment are a constant in all my actions and decisions. I am passionate about management and finding

sustainable solutions to customer problems.
